Access & Facility Hours

What is the difference between office hours and gate access hours? Office hours are when our team is available to assist you with rentals, payments, and questions. Assistance may be provided in person or remotely depending on staffing. Gate access hours are the times tenants can enter the property using their assigned gate code. Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm Saturday: 9am – 2pm: Closed: Sunday & Holidays Gate Access Hours: Daily: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM What hours can I access my storage unit? Tenants have access to their storage units daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM using their assigned gate code.

Storage Units

What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is a ground-level storage unit located outside that allows you to pull your vehicle directly to the unit for loading and unloading.

What sizes are available and how do I decide what size?
We offer sizes ranging from 5×5 – 12×30. View our size guide or contact our office for assistance.

What happens if I need a larger unit after move-in?
We can help transfer you to a larger unit if available. The original unit must be emptied and the lease will be updated.

Payments

How can I pay for my unit? You can enroll in AutoPay, pay online through our tenant portal, or pay in person during office hours. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Can I pay my account online? Yes. You can make secure payments through our online tenant portal.

Policies & Requirements

Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Insurance is required. You may provide proof of coverage or enroll in our optional protection plan.

What do I need to bring to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID.

Do I need to do anything when I move out?
A 2 week written notice is required. The unit must be emptied, cleaned, and the lock removed.

What can I NOT store in my unit?
Flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, explosives, perishable food, live animals, and other restricted items are not allowed.

Security & Access

What do I do if I lose my key or forget my access code? Contact the office and provide valid ID. Our team will assist you securely. Can anyone access the property? Access is controlled by a unique gate code assigned to each tenant. Authorized users must be approved by the facility.

Supplies & Services

Can I buy boxes and moving supplies?
Yes. We offer boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packing supplies for purchase.

Do you have moving carts available?
Yes. We provide utility dollies, appliance dollies, and furniture dollies for tenant use.
